Bring: business cards and $10 (to cover the appetizers & expenses), and be prepared to share about your business!

          Wear a name badge, if you have one.

Our Aim: Conversation and connection with other business owners in a social atmosphere. 

 Remember, Businesses create Relationships; Relationships create business.  

No, these events aren't 'too far away'!!!!  Come and form relationships with other business people from Northwestern Illinois!

Why you should attend and bring along another business person:

1. A business can always use another referral or acquaintance.

2. A business base needs to be more than your local city (especially in rural America). 

3. No business is too small or too large to not benefit from one-on-one meeting of other business people to discuss business topics, ideas, and referrals.

4. Where else in the 5 county area will you have a chance to form business relationships outside of your typical locale?

5.  It behooves you to increase your business acquaintances and referral sources in the surrounding 60 miles radius.

6. Biz to Biz networking doesn't involve committee work or yearly dues but does involve you bringing your business cards and your 30 second introductory speech to start conversations with the other business people.

Remember: The definition of "Business" includes those of you who are a business of 1 - 100,000 employees.  That includes: home-based, door-to-door sales, manufacturing, retail, and any other type.  In other words.....yes, this event includes you!  The large businesses need to know that the small businesses are out there and vise versa.  That includes: realtors, hair dressers, day care providers, used car salesmen, the Avon lady, newspaper advertising agents, hospital administrators, nursing home administrators, any and all businesses....if you use a Schedule C tax form......this is the event for you!

The Business Networking Events shall be held to encourage those in  Carroll, Jo Daviess, Lee, Ogle, and Whiteside counties, but this doesn't exclude any business person from any other county in Illinois, Wisconsin, or Iowa from attending!  The more the merrier!
